Fluent in Hebrew and Russian, Rabbi Noginski conducts engaging Torah lessons every week, fostering a deep understanding of Jewish traditions and values. Alongside his team, he provides essential Jewish services to the community, including koshering kitchens, affixing Mezuzot, assisting with Tefilin, and hosting Shabbat and holiday meals.
